Lizette Smith approached her massage career as an Equestrian, interested in rehabilitating and helping her horse, Hanky Panky be pain free and unexpectedly found her love for corrective bodywork for people and horses. Cultivating from her experiences and education in soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, deep tissue and preventative injury techniques, Lizette developed her signature orthopedic massage as the cornerstone of her practice.
