Lizette's signature orthopedic massage is a combination of trigger point work, the Graston Technique (Gua Sha), myofascial release, deep tissue massage, reflexology and active releases designed to untwine fascia, relieve tendonitis and release muscle tension allowing the bones to fall back in place. Other benefits are blood flow increases and toxins are flushed out. Sessions are individualized on body's needs and pain. Healthy progression is the goal of our signature orthopedic massage.
